By completing the Members Application Form you confirm you have reviewed, understood and agreed to these Ramayana Water Park Membership Program terms.
The Ramayana Water Park Membership Program is only valid after completing the Application form, verifying the application via e-Mail and after receipt of the successful enrollment.
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time, and you agree that each time you use the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program you accept the terms as existing at that time on https://www.ramayanawaterpark.com
Participation in the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program is open only to individuals (including employees of RWP). Participation is offered at the discretion of RWP, who has the right to accept or reject any application to participate at its sole discretion.
Membership to Ramayana Water Park Membership Program is currently free of charge and continues until RWP or the member will cancel the membership.
The Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Cards are not debit, credit or charge cards, are not transferable and remain the property of RWP.
The Ramayana Water Park Membership Program benefits provided are:
5% discount on Food & Beverages in all restaurants and bars within the Ramayana Water Park
5% discount on daily rental of cabanas, lockers and towels
5% discount on services like massage
5% discount on all purchases in “The Shop”, which is the retail shop at Ramayana Water Park
5% discount on attractions in the park, for which customers will be charged separately
Other discounts, like birthday specials and others, which will be communicated on the https://www.ramayanawaterpark.com Website or in direct mails / vouchers to individual members
RWP reserves the right to change the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Benefits and terms anytime without notice. Terms will be updated on the website https://www.ramayanawaterpark.com
The Ramayana Water Park Membership Program is only available if buying entrance tickets at the park’s cashier desk or through the official website www.ramayanawaterpark.com.
The Ramayana Water Park Membership benefits cannot be mixed with any other special offers and discounts.
From time to time RWP may send you offers in conjunction with other loyalty programs.
Each Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Card is valid for one person only and cannot be used by any person other than the Member whose name appears on the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Card issued.
RWP is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards and a charge of THB 100 will apply for the replacement of any card.
Membership may be cancelled/refused to individuals by RWP at its discretion, if Membership is deemed to be fraudulent, linked to a fraudulent Membership and/or a Member severely violates RWP park rules and regulations.
Members are solely responsible for any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law in any country in respect of Ramayana Water Park Membership Program, their participation in program, RWP giveaways, prizes or vouchers issued or any other transaction within or resulting from Ramayana Water Park Membership Program.
Any failure or delay by RWP in exercising its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights and any waiver by RWP must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of RWP Co., Ltd.
RWP reserves the right to terminate the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program at any time by giving you at least 30 days prior written notice in which case you will cease to be able to use and/or participate in the program and RWP shall have no further liability to you.
You must advise RWP of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as the change occurs. Changes to address can be made by email to info@rwpark.com or in writing to RWP Co., LTD, 9 Moo 7, Sub District of Najomtien Sattahip, Chonburi 20250 Thailand.
You consent to us and our business partners to contact you from time to time, including via telephone, post, facsimile and electronic (i.e. sms, Internet) methods.
You agree that you have read and accept the terms of our privacy policy on https://www.ramayanawaterpark.com including without limitation the collection, use and disclosure of personal information
Definitions
Application Form means RWP Application Form posted at www.ramayanawaterpark.com/become-a-member/ required to be completed by the individual to become a member.
Member means the person who is a member of Ramayana Water Park Membership Program and whose name is printed on the membership Card.
Ramayana Water Park is the brand name of the waterpark operated by RWP Co., LTD which is located in 9 Moo 7, Sub District of Najomtien Sattahip, Chonburi 20250 Thailand. RWP is an abbreviation for RWP Co., Ltd.
The Ramayana Water Park Membership Program means the loyalty program operated and managed by RWP by which a Member may receive the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Benefits in accordance with these Terms.
Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Benefits means the facilities, services, products, discounts, offers, activities and events or arrangements offered or available to Members from time to time.
Ramayana Water Park Membership Program Card means the Card provided by RWP for use by each Member in relation to the Ramayana Water Park Membership Program.
