Can I bring my own food and beverages to Ramayana Waterpark?
To adhere to hygiene regulations, outside food or beverages are not permitted in the park. However, we offer a diverse and affordable selection of food and beverages for our guests. Exceptions are made for guests with special medical needs, upon presentation of medical proof, and for baby food. Our restaurants are also happy to assist in heating water for baby bottles.

What if I forget my bathing suit, sunglasses, or sunscreen?
No worries! You can purchase bathing suits, sunglasses, sunscreen, and various other items at The Retail Shop, which accepts cashless payments, cash, and credit cards. Towel rentals are also available at the entrance to the changing and locker area.

Can I use my mobile phone, action camera, or selfie stick at the waterpark?
Absolutely! Capture your fun moments! We have numerous scenic spots throughout the waterpark where we encourage you to use your camera, preserve your memories, and share them with friends.
Camera Use Guidelines:
- On Body Slides: For your safety and to protect your valuables, we prohibit camera usage on all body slides that are ridden without tubes (like the Aqua Loop, Freefall, and Matt Racer). We also advise against using cameras on other slides, as there’s a high risk of losing your device or getting it wet.
- For Tube Slides: Feel free to use action cameras, but only with one of the following secure straps:
- Head Strap
- Chest Strap
- Wrist Strap
- For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, selfie sticks are strictly prohibited on all water slides and attractions.
In Pools and Lazy River:
- Cameras are welcome in our pools and the lazy river. However, please ensure they are well protected against water damage. Waterproof covers are available for purchase at our Retail Shop near the park entrance.
Photo & Video System:
- To make your experience even more memorable, we have a free automated photo and video system installed on 5 water slides. Simply scan your wristband before your ride, and access your photos and videos for FREE at the photo kiosk station in the locker rental area after your adventures. How often can I use the water slides and attractions?
At our water park, your fun and enjoyment are our top priorities! With your ticket, you have unlimited access to all our exciting slides and refreshing pools throughout the day, during our operational hours. This includes full-day free use of various facilities such as sunbeds, tubes, mats, and life jackets, ensuring your comfort and safety.
Please keep in mind that at 17:30, we begin the process of closing the water slides in preparation for the park’s closure. This is to ensure that all our guests can safely conclude their activities and have enough time to shower and change their clothes before the park’s closure. We encourage you to plan your day accordingly to make the most of your water park adventure!

Under what weather conditions does the park close, and what happens to my ticket?
We close our attractions and pools during unsafe weather conditions, including strong winds, heavy rain, and lightning. Attractions will reopen once it’s safe. If we can’t reopen within 75 minutes before 5 pm, you’ll receive a ticket to visit us next time for free, this ticket will be valid for 30 days. Please remember to keep your wristband! Please note, no refunds are issued regardless of time spent in the park.

Am I allowed to smoke in the Waterpark?
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, out of respect for guest safety and preferences. These areas are designed for comfort and can be easily located on the water park map. Please note that the use of smoking drugs, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited within the waterpark.

What if my group gets separated?
If you’re separated from your group, set a time and place to reunite. For older kids who can explore independently, schedule regular check-ins for sunscreen and hydration. In case of unintended separation, please inform any staff member immediately.
We have a designated meeting area near the entrance, between the locker area and The Shop, for such situations. Lost children will be escorted by our staff to the Aqua Splash area, a secure spot with well-trained staff. After 5:30 pm, the kids’ meeting point shifts to the general meeting area near the entrance.

May I leave and re-enter the park without a charge?
Entry to Ramayana Waterpark is limited to one entry and exit per ticket. Once you leave the park’s premises, re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket.

What about my valuables?
We recommend leaving valuables at home for safety. If brought to the waterpark, avoid leaving them in your car or unattended. Secure money and keys in lockers available for rent. Please note, jewelry like metal bracelets or chains is not allowed on slides. Ramayana Waterpark is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

What if I have questions after I arrive?
For any inquiries, please visit our Information Counters located in the ticket area and the changing area. Additionally, any of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you throughout the park. Please note, at the water park we have staff who can speak Thai, English, Russian and Chinese languages.

I am not going to use the slides. Do you have a spectator rate?
We don’t offer a separate spectator ticket. However, even if you choose not to use the slides, there are plenty of activities and attractions available for you to enjoy a fulfilling day without engaging in water activities. Please refer to our Pools and Attractions sections for more details. Only seniors above 60 years old can enter the water park for free and not play water slides. Please see the current promotions for more information.

Do I have to pay for tubes to use on the attractions?
Tubes are available free of charge and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

How much is parking?
Parking at our facility is completely free and we offer ample space for all our guests.

How do I pay in the Waterpark?
We operate a cashless payment system using the QR code on your entrance wristband. You can easily add funds to your wristband at the following locations: Cashiers at the park entrance, Retail Shop, Fern Garden, and Tattoo Shop.
Please note, that all other bars and kiosks accept only cashless payments through the wristband. Don’t worry all the remaining money can be easily refunded to you. You can refund the remaining funds at our Retail Store before 17.45pm.

How can I buy tickets?
For convenience and safety, purchase tickets online on our official website via our Buy Tickets page. Alternatively, tickets are available at our Cashier Desks. Please note, online ticket holders are prioritized if the park reaches capacity. Moreover, online you can find special promotions on our website, making the ticket cheaper than buying it offline at our cashiers.

Can children visit Ramayana Water Park on their own?
Children under 15 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Only those who are 15 years and older are permitted to visit the park independently.

Are there any special regulations on what children need to wear?
Children must wear appropriate swimwear at all times. For hygiene, children under 3 years old must wear swim diapers, which are available for purchase at The Retail Shop. Additionally, all restrooms are equipped with diaper change tables for your convenience.

Can children use floaters?
Children can use personal swimming aids such as wings or swim rings in our pools, but these are not permitted on our adult slides. Please note, large inflatable items like mattresses are not allowed.

Can we bring our own beach stuff to the Waterpark?
Your safety and the safety of all our guests is our top priority at the waterpark. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have a policy regarding personal beach items:
- Prohibited Items: Guests are not permitted to bring items like beach balls, flying discs, or other similar objects into the waterpark. These items, while fun, can create unexpected hazards or disrupt the safe enjoyment of our facilities for others.
- Available Amenities: We understand that these items are part of the beach experience, so we’ve got you covered! Our waterpark is equipped with a variety of safe, waterpark-approved recreational items designed for maximum fun and safety. Feel free to enjoy these amenities during your visit.
- Personal Items: You are welcome to bring personal essentials such as towels, sunscreen, and swimwear. However, for everyone’s safety, please leave the beach games and toys at home.

Can I bring an umbrella or shade structure to the waterpark?
Yes, you can bring a handheld umbrella, but please don’t use it on the attractions for safety reasons. However, umbrellas that stake into the ground or attach to seating are not allowed. Don’t worry, we have plenty of shaded areas and seating options available for your comfort!

Can I bring my own chair to the waterpark?
We provide ample seating and chairs for our guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, to ensure safety and uniformity within the park, bringing personal chairs is not permitted.

Can I wear a wetsuit?
Wetsuits are welcome in our pool areas but are not permitted on the slides for safety reasons.

What may I wear in the swimming and riding areas?
At Ramayana Waterpark, we maintain a family-friendly environment. Please adhere to the following swimwear guidelines:
Acceptable swimwear should be designed for pool use, lined, and non-transparent. Please avoid swimwear with zippers, buckles, studs, or metal attachments. Cut-off jeans, denim, regular t-shirts, and shoes are not suitable for body contact slides. For slides, only spandex, lycra, or rash guard shirts are acceptable. Visible undergarments, swimwear with profanity, vulgar images, or offensive language are not permitted. Tattoos must also be inoffensive to ensure a family-friendly environment. Please see on the image below whats allowed and what is not.

Do I need footwear?
Our walkways are designed to minimize heat absorption, making it comfortable to walk barefoot. However, for added safety, we recommend wearing footwear. If you need slippers or flip-flops, they are available for purchase at The Retail Shop.

Does Ramayana Waterpark provide life jackets?
Yes, we provide life jackets free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis, with different sizes available for infants through adults. You can take them at a Life Jacket stand near each dedicated area.
